Qualifications

• Knowledge of second language acquisition pedagogy and EL best practices.
• Experience guiding teachers in instructional planning and delivery.
• Ability to analyze data to inform EL instruction.

Responsibilities

• Assist ESL and classroom teachers in setting EL goals and planning.
• Collaborate with teachers to analyze student data and plan instruction.
• Develop and present professional development on ESL practices.
• Mentor first-year ESL teachers and monitor coaching progress.
• Model lessons and co-plan with teachers to strengthen language development.
