Responsibilities

• Prepare and teach ESL language courses across Reading, Writing, Grammar, Listening, and Speaking.
• Evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback on outcomes.
• Participate in curriculum review, program assessment, and learning-outcome assessments.
• Design and refine ESL curricula and mentor colleagues in implementation.
