Responsibilities

• Prepare and teach ESOL courses to a multicultural student population using varied instructional strategies.
• Evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback reflecting program outcomes.
• Provide teaching and mentoring that does not discriminate; maintain regular office hours.
• Remain current in the field through professional development activities.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by department leadership.
