Job summary

Eskimo Joe's is seeking a motivated Busser to join our team. You will clean and reset tables, transport dirty dishes, and assist with beverage systems to ensure smooth dining service.

The role requires 16+ years old, strong customer service, reliability for 4+ shifts weekly (including major game days), and the stamina to stand and walk long hours. Training provided and team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Top-notch customer service skills.
• Ability to work 4+ shifts per week including weekends.
• Able to stand and walk 8+ hours.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Clean tables after guests leave and reset them for the next party.
• Bus dishes to the dishwashers and keep service areas tidy.
• Assist with changing beer kegs and soda fountains as needed.
• Take out the trash and help maintain a clean dining room.
• Support staff to ensure smooth restaurant operation.

About the role

Eskimo Joe's is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Busser to join our team!

As a Busser at Eskimo Joe's, the main duties include helping in cleaning tables after guests have left, bringing dirty dishes to the dishwashers, resetting tables, assisting in changing beer kegs and soda fountains, and taking out the trash. We are seeking friendly, talented individuals who are committed to exceeding our guest's expectations. The busser works closely with the rest of the restaurant staff to ensure the restaurant's smooth operation.

*Priority will be given to candidates that have the availability to work Monday through Friday from 10:00 am-4:00 pm, future OSU home football game days, and flexibility on Saturdays and Sundays.

Required work days for all team members are:
OSU Home Games:

• August 28 (UT Martin)
• September 19th (Tulsa)
• September 27th (Baylor)
• October 11th (Houston)
• October 17th (WalkAround)
  -October 18th (Cincinnati) * Homecoming
• November 15th (Kansas State)
• November 29th (Iowa State)

In addition, OSU Winter Break we require team members to work either the first 1/2 or the second 1/2 of Winter Break which is December 12th - January 11th.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old
