Job summary

Stan Clark Companies is seeking a motivated Busser for Eskimo Joe's in Stillwater, OK. The role focuses on cleaning and resetting tables, clearing dishes, and supporting the dining room team to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Ideal candidates are 16+ with stamina for a fast-paced environment, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and available for multiple shifts, including busy OSU home game days and holiday breaks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Standing & Walking for 8+ Hours.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 4 shifts per week (Must have weekend availability!)
• Must be available for all major Holiday breaks, including Thanksgiving and Winter Break

Responsibilities

• Clean tables after guests leave and reset them.
• Bring dirty dishes to the dishwashers.
• Assist in changing beer kegs and soda fountains.
• Take out the trash and support beverage service as needed.
• Work closely with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth operation.

About the role

Eskimo Joe's is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Busser to join our team!

As a Busser at Eskimo Joe's, the main duties include helping in cleaning tables after guests have left, bringing dirty dishes to the dishwashers, resetting tables, assisting in changing beer kegs and soda fountains, and taking out the trash. We are seeking friendly, talented individuals who are committed to exceeding our guest's expectations. The busser works closely with the rest of the restaurant staff to ensure the restaurant’s smooth operation.

*Priority will be given to candidates that have the availability to work Monday through Friday from 10:00 am-4:00 pm, future OSU home football game days, and flexibility on Saturdays and Sundays.

Required work days for all team members are:

OSU Home Games:

• August 28 (UT Martin)
• September 19th (Tulsa)
• September 27th (Baylor)
• October 11th (Houston)
• October 17th (WalkAround)
• October 18th (Cincinnati) * Homecoming
• November 15th (Kansas State)
• November 29th (Iowa State)

In addition, OSU Winter Break we require team members to work either the first 1/2 or the second 1/2 of Winter Break which is December 12th - January 11th.
