Job summary

PwC is seeking a Sustainability R&A Intern to support ESG data collection, reporting, and research within the Assurance practice. You will learn PwC methodologies and contribute to sustainability disclosures and client engagements.

You will gather data, assist in applying GRI/TCFD standards, model data, and support materiality assessments while learning from audit teams. This internship emphasizes learning, professional growth, and building a personal brand at PwC.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's in Accounting, Sustainable Resource Management, Environmental Science, or Finance.
• At least a 3.0 GPA.
• Client service intern positions are considered entry-level and typically in third year of a four-year degree or fourth year of a five-year program.

Responsibilities

• Supporting sustainability reporting initiatives by gathering and analyzing ESG data.
• Assisting in preparing sustainability reports aligned with GRI/TCFD standards.
• Evaluating climate finance and nature finance mechanisms for projects.
• Performing data modeling and analysis to inform sustainability performance.
• Collaborating on materiality assessments and prioritizing ESG issues for reporting.
• Observing auditors to understand independent assessments.
