Job summary

Van Drunen Farms is seeking a Sustainability/ESG professional to coordinate initiatives across the organization. You will manage reporting, dashboards, and platform activities (EcoVadis, Sedex) while supporting the annual sustainability report and progress tracking.

The role requires 3+ years in sustainability/ESG, strong project management, data handling, and stakeholder communication, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. Hybrid onsite in Momence, IL, with some travel for audits.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in sustainability/ESG/compliance roles.
• Experience managing data, metrics, and reporting with high accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sustainability, ESG, and social responsibility initiatives across the organization.
• Manage sustainability reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and ESG platform activities (EcoVadis, Sedex, customer portals).
• Support the development of the Annual Sustainability Report and track progress against goals.
• Coordinate sustainability audits and assessments, manage documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor emerging regulations and supplier sustainability initiatives; maintain ESG policies and training materials.
