Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America seeks a Manager of Sustainability Strategy to lead ESG initiatives across U.S. operations and global partners. You will drive environmental programs, decarbonization efforts, and data-driven ESG reporting.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years in EHS/ESG roles, strong cross‑functional communication, and experience with ISO 14001/45001 and GHG accounting. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Master’s degree or advanced studies in Sustainability, Environmental Management, or ESG discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead ESG programs including ISO 14001/45001, RBA, GHG management, renewable energy initiatives.
• Develop project plans, roadmaps, and RACI charts for ESG programs.
• Manage certification and audit readiness activities (internal audits, corrective actions, onsite audits).
• Support Scope 1–3 GHG management, LCA-based CFP calculations, and customer sustainability data requests.
• Drive renewable energy deployment projects and track performance metrics.
• Coordinate customer- and supplier-facing ESG engagements including audits and due diligence.
• Lead ESG KPI management and executive reporting.
• Contribute to human rights due diligence and regulatory compliance.
