FedEx Logistics is seeking an ESG Reporting and Compliance Principal in a hybrid Memphis location to drive the ESG roadmap and centralize disclosures across regulatory regimes. You will build governance, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure compliance with SEC, CSRD, and other standards.

You will lead automation of reporting processes, partner with technology, finance, sustainability, and engineering to modernize data architecture and reporting capabilities for external disclosures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, sustainability or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Seven (7) years of professional experience in SOX compliance, sustainability/disclosures, financial reporting, or auditing.
• Strong analytical, written, communication, and program management skills.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
• Ability to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Serves as a subject matter expert on global ESG reporting and regulatory requirements (including SEC, CSRD).
• Orchestrates and drafts ESG disclosures across multiple regimes for consistency.
• Leads benchmarking to identify reporting best practices.
• Prepares ESG reporting presentations for management and board.
• Establishes governance and controls for ESG reporting compliance and assurance.
• Coordinates with auditors on ESG reporting reviews and remediation actions.
• Designs and improves ESG data architecture, data pipelines, and governance frameworks.
• Lead the transformation and automation of ESG reporting processes via cloud tech.
