Fox Factory is seeking a Sustainability & Regulatory Compliance Manager to drive regulatory awareness and credible reporting across global teams. You will coordinate responses to ESG inquiries, track regulations, and maintain data integrity while guiding SOPs and documentation.

You will work in a hybrid environment with travel up to ~20%, reporting to the Director of Compliance. A strong background in environmental regulations, GHG data, and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Formación

• Experience with product/packaging environmental regulations and translating them into business requirements.
• Experience in GHG accounting (Scope 1–3) and environmental data management.
• Experience responding to customer ESG questionnaires or compliance audits in manufacturing.
• Strong organization and program-management skills to build trackers and SOPs from scratch.
• Excellent written communication for drafting clear technical declarations.
• Ability to influence cross-functionally across multiple teams and regions.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate sustainability and ESG compliance inquiries from customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Translate emerging regulations into practical guidance for Engineering, Packaging and Purchasing.
• Lead data consolidation to produce defensible responses to questionnaires and assessments.
• Maintain official sustainability statements, declarations, and documentation.
• Build and maintain SOPs, trackers, and knowledge bases to improve turnaround times.
• Coordinate environmental data collection (Scope 1–3) to support reporting.
• Support certifications and collaborate with site EHS teams.
• Provide compliance talking points and updates to Sales and regional teams.
• Stay current on industry trends and regulatory developments; advise leadership.
• Provide regular updates on workload, risks, and regulatory changes.
