FOX Factory is seeking a Sustainability & Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead regulatory tracking, ESG responses, and environmental data collection across global teams. The Sustainability & Regulatory Compliance Manager helps FOX stay ahead of emerging sustainability and environmental requirements and ensures the company presents a clear, credible compliance story to customers and regulators. Reporting to the Director of Compliance, this hands‑on specialist role strengthens FOX’s ability to meet customer expectations, reduces compliance risk, and creates structure and consistency across global teams. The Manager coordinates regulatory tracking, customer ESG responses, and environmental data collection, enabling FOX to operate with transparency and confidence in global markets. This role has no direct reports but leads cross‑functional workstreams and influences policy and process decisions.
Hybrid office role with occasional travel (up to ~20%) to FOX sites, suppliers, and customers. Some time on manufacturing floors may require PPE.

Compensation Range $106,172.82 - $145,987.35 The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Fox reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
