Job summary

RE Tech Advisors is seeking a Data Acquisition Associate to support sustainability data management for multiple client portfolios. You will collect, validate, and maintain property-level ESG and utility data, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and readiness for downstream analytics and reporting.

Work closely with internal teams and property management contacts to obtain required data, while following established procedures and maintaining high standards of data quality and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience collecting and entering data in a professional setting.
• Ability to follow established processes and templates.
• Comfort with repetitive, accuracy-driven tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data collection with property management teams.
• Enter and maintain property-level ESG data in internal systems.
• Prepare property ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager materials for training.
• Gather utility data from utility companies and input into ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager.
• Ensure data quality and timely data submission across portfolios.
• Assist with mass outreach using mail merge as needed.
• Monitor data timeliness and resolve gaps or inconsistencies.
