Familiarity with data collection and entry processes.

Responsibilities

Onboard properties by coordinating with property management.
Enter and maintain property-level data, benchmark with ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager.
Coordinate training materials and data collection with other departments.
Collect utility data from property teams and utilities for ENERGY STAR Portal Manager.
Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and resolve gaps or inconsistencies.
Support data quality checks and batch data uploads using AI tools.
Track time and bill to correct job codes.
