Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Financial Control Associate within the Firmwide Financial Control team. You will partner with line of business controllers, product control, and external reporting teams to ensure the integrity of the Firm's reported financial results.

You will leverage machine learning and automation tools to refine processes and strengthen controls. The role involves supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities, performing balance sheet, revenue, and expense

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent).
2+ years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or financial controls.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Alteryx.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with finance teams on financial integrity initiatives.
Support cross-regional deliverables and priorities with global teams.
Assist month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities related to the Firm’s financials.
Perform balance sheet, revenue, and expense analyses to ensure accuracy of reported results.
Lead yield analysis discussions with business controllers to review results.
Support ad-hoc requests for financial information.
