Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Associate to support end-to-end FRRA reporting, including FR Y-15 submissions, data validation, controls, and governance materials.

You will work with Finance, Treasury, Technology, and business lines to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and strong controls. The role requires 4+ years in regulatory or financial reporting, advanced Excel/Access/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 4 years in regulatory or financial reporting.
• Understanding of regulatory reporting and financial statements.
• Experience handling large data sets and reconciliations.
• Strong organizational, time-management and detail orientation.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver quality results.
• Advanced Excel, Access, and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Alteryx, Xceptor, Tableau and macros is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Produce FR Y-15 regulatory report end-to-end for quarterly submission.
• Perform data validation, controls, reconciliation and issue investigation.
• Prepare materials for senior management, governance and regulatory reviews.
• Enhance reporting processes and resolve data quality issues.
• Collaborate with Product Controllers, Treasury, Technology, and business lines.
• Support internal audits and regulatory inquiries with analyses and documentation.
• Maintain documentation, process flows, and governance artifacts.
• Work extended hours during peak periods, including some weekends.
