Job summary

Novata Advisory seeks a Senior Analyst to support project delivery across ESG and sustainability offerings, including climate risk, carbon accounting, and regulatory workstreams. You will contribute to ESG due diligence research for private markets with direct client exposure and deliver client-ready outputs.

This role suits a generalist ready to expand expertise, working with a US-based team and reporting to an Advisory Director in a hybrid US-based setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in ESG advisory, sustainability, private equity, or ESG data tech.
• Advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Broad exposure to ESG topics across frameworks and disclosure work.

Responsibilities

• Support ESG advisory engagements with client-ready deliverables across climate risk, carbon, and regulatory workstreams.
• Deliver ESG analyses and benchmarking using Novata's platform and datasets.
• Guide clients through data collection and iterative ESG program improvements, including AI tool usage.
• Support ESG due diligence engagements for investor transactions and draft memos.
• Apply QA standards while leveraging AI to improve client delivery.
