Job summary

Patterson Dental Supply, Inc. is seeking an eServices Sales Specialist to develop client relationships and generate eService revenue. This role balances client needs with company objectives and communicates effectively to a high volume of people throughout the workday, primarily over the phone.

The position requires familiarity with Patterson service offerings and awareness of market competitors. The individual will partner closely with Software Sales Specialists and branch teams to generate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to quickly build rapport both over the phone and in-person.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth across Patterson’s eService solutions.
• Manage eService sales cycle from prospecting to enrollment in subscribed services.
• Be the first line of contact for customers seeking eService solutions via inbound and web leads.
• Conduct outbound calls, overcome objections and sell against competitors.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals for the eService line.
