Charter Schools USA is seeking an ESE Teacher to join a mission-driven team focused on student greatness. You will collaborate with parents, students, and regular education teachers to promote achievement while complying with federal, state, and district regulations.

The role emphasizes specially designed instruction, inclusionary practices, and developing accessible curriculum materials. A Bachelor's in Special Education and state HQ certification are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education required.
• State certification in Special Education required.
• HQ (Highly Qualified) status in Special Education preferred.
• Three+ years of successful teaching experience recommended.
• Experience with IEPs and progress monitoring preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and SIS tools.

Responsabilités

• Maintain IEPs, quarterly reports, and progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement measurable IEP goals with data.
• Plan and implement inclusion practices and training for staff.
• Collaborate with regular education teachers, parents, and students.
• Proctor standardized tests and monitor student progress.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and document progress.
