Franklin Academy Charter Schools is seeking an ESE Teacher to plan, coordinate and implement a comprehensive ESE program. The role reports to the Special Programs Coordinator or ESE Director and is a 10-month, full-time position.

Responsibilities include evaluating student progress, updating IEPs in the electronic system, collaborating with staff, and supporting families. Requires teaching certification eligibility and a bachelor's degree; background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates excellent communication skills including oral presentations, written skills, active listening.
• Establishes excellent interpersonal skills between all constituents: being courteous, professional and helpful; demonstrates high level of interpersonal skills.
• Possesses teaching credentials or is eligible for certification and has a solid foundation in education practices.
