Qualifications

• Two years of study at an institution of higher learning.
• Must be able to manage large and small groups effectively.
• Must obtain appropriate certification within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director with the ESD instructional program.
• Supervise and train 3-10 tutors working with students.
• Create and approve lessons and activities based on TEKS.
