Responsibilities

• Comply with the guidelines of the Extended School Day Program.
• Provide direct instruction to assigned students.
• Plan for lessons to be taught in small or individual groups.
• Lead study groups using appropriate methodologies.
• Analyze individual student progress.
• Develop and maintain resources to support the students.
• Participate in tutor training and staff development.
• Establish rapport that is friendly, but professional.
• Serve as role models for students.
• Keep the teacher informed of student progress and interactions.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow safety procedures.
