McKee Foods is seeking an ESD-Technician to join our Environmental Sanitation Department in Gentry, Arkansas. You will operate high-pressure washing equipment and clean production areas to maintain sanitation standards.

This role requires physical work, lifting up to 40 lbs, and flexibility to cover shift hours, including third shift with a $2/hour premium. We value reliability, safety, and a team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Scissor Lift license required or obtainable.
• Basic computer skills are needed.
• High initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good attendance and safety record is expected.
• Knowledge and adherence to food safety and product purity procedures.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Organize and prioritize multiple cleaning activities.
• Ability to work and communicate well with peers and management.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds.
• Willing to work flexible hours.
• Capable of handling physically demanding work in varying climates.

Responsibilities

• Clean areas as assigned by MSS or supervisor.
• Clean and sanitize line equipment and environmental areas.
• Work in hot/cold, wet/dry, floor/heights environments.
• Lift up to 40 lbs.
• Work safely around moving equipment.
• Attend required specialized training when needed.
• Handle various chemicals.
• Read and follow a production schedule.
