Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in ESD and latch-up testing.
• Practical experience with ESD testers.
• Solid knowledge of ESD protection structures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform ESD and Latch-up qualification for new products.
• Develop stress programs according to JEDEC/AEC standards.
• Collaborate with vendors to build and validate test fixtures.
• Conduct characterization on test chips.
• Provide regular test status updates.
• Debug failing pins and identify root causes.
• Maintain in-house test equipment.
• Update internal databases and documentation.

Skills

Familiarity with JEDEC and AEC standards

Experience with MK4 and Orion testers

Knowledge of CMOS I/O circuits

Ability to analyze IC electrical test data

Experience debugging ESD failures

Knowledge of semiconductor reliability qualification flows

Strong communication skills

Experience with 93K tester program development

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
