• Provide research and support to loan servicing team regarding escrow-related queries.
• Review loan closing documents and setup to ensure escrow compliance with lender requirements.
• Work with taxing authorities across the US to review and resolve tax issues.
• Monitor UCC filings to ensure full compliance with lender requirements.
• Utilize CBRE systems to review escrow data and run reports.
• Assist in gathering documentation for audits and certifications.
