Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as an Escrow Officer, preferably in Commercial.
• Escrow officer certification may be required depending on state.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to grow and service the business.
• Complete commercial real-estate escrow transactions as a neutral liaison.
• Work with Underwriting to manage risk.
• Account for and disburse all funds as per contract terms.
• Review and file closing documents while ensuring timelines are met.
• Prepare reports on escrow account status for involved parties.
• Prepare legal documents for sale closure.
• Adhere to regulatory compliance requirements.
