Responsibilities

• Complete residential resale, refinance, or builder escrow closings.
• Prepare escrow instructions and amendments.
• Deposit escrow funds, prepare disbursements and balance accounts.
• Supervise Escrow Technicians and Assistant Escrow Officers.
• Solicit escrow and title business from Realtors, lenders, and builders.
• Conduct closings with Customers and ensure regulatory compliance.
