Independence Title Company in the Dallas area is seeking a seasoned Escrow Officer. The role focuses on closing residential and commercial real estate transactions with a commitment to accuracy and timely service.

You will work closely with internal teams and clients, processing files, CDs/HUDs, and ensuring lender approvals. This is a non-residential, on-site role offering growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must apply for Escrow Officer License once onboard.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience as an Escrow Officer/Closer.
• Technical and confident knowledge of the closing process is required.
• Microsoft Suite proficiency.
• This is not a work from home position.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal team and clients to close transactions efficiently and professionally.
• Process files, prepare CDs/HUDs, and complete all closing documents.
• Obtain lender approvals, order updates, and determine clearance to close.
• Build business and service it successfully by expanding client relationships.
• Assist and support team members proactively and maintain respectful communication.
• Establish working relationships with Sales Reps and participate in Marketing/Entertainment to grow the client base.

Independence Title Company in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas (Lakewood Office) area, a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services is seeking a seasoned Escrow Officer. Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.

The Escrow Officer is responsible for:

• Communicating and working closely with internal team and clients to accomplish a closed transaction in a timely, efficient and error-free manner, executing closing professionally.
• Processing files, preparing CD’s/HUD’s, prepping and completing all necessary paperwork/closing documents necessary for the transaction.
• Obtaining approval from lenders, ordering updates and determining clearance to close.
• Working to diligently to build business, adding to the business they bring, and servicing it successfully.
• Assisting and supporting team members proactively, and communicating with respect.
• Establishing a successful working relationship with our Sales Reps, and participating in Marketing/Entertainment to increase customer base.
