Job summary

PrideStaff is seeking an Escrow Officer for a full-time temporary position in Temecula, CA. Training on escrow software will be provided. Starting pay rate is $35.00 per hour, with Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Escrow Officer.
• Experience with Escrow Base is a plus.

PrideStaff is seeking an Escrow Officer for a full-service Real Estate Brokerage headquartered in Temecula, CA. This is a full-time temporary position. Our client has a great work environment and will be training on their escrow software. Please see the job requirements below to be considered.

• Starting Pay Rate: $35.00
• Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

General Job Duties

• Assists with the real estate closing process
• Assembling and distributing closing statements
• Performing title searches and ensuring each escrow account has the funds to cover the buyer’s property taxes and homeowners insurance premiums
• Generally responsible for planning and preparing for real estate closings
• Prepare sales transaction documents and review them for errors
• Send completed loan documents to mortgage companies
• Scheduling real estate closings
• Performing title searches
• Obtaining signatures on important documents
• Procuring assumption and payoff statements
• Ensuring escrow funds have been deposited
• Preparing escrow instructions
• Verifying all purchase requirements have been met

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Escrow Officer
• Experience with Escrow Base is a plus
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
