Job summary

PASADENA ESCROW INC is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer for our Pasadena, CA office. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, you will manage escrow files from opening through closing with accuracy and professionalism.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of escrow experience, familiarity with RBJ Evolution, and strong communication and customer service skills. Notary and bilingual abilities are a plus, with a collaborative team mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of prior escrow officer experience.
• Knowledge of RBJ Evolution software preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to open, manage, balance, and close escrow files.
• Detail-oriented with strong math accuracy and organizational skills.
• Notary Public commission a plus.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
