Job summary

PASADENA ESCROW INC is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join our Pasadena team. You will be responsible for opening, managing, balancing, and closing escrow files, while preparing escrow instructions and reviewing purchase contracts.

Ideal candidates will have 3–4 years of escrow experience, knowledge of RBJ Evolution, and exceptional communication and customer service skills. A team-oriented attitude and attention to detail are essential for success in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years escrow officer experience.
• RBJ Evolution software knowledge preferred.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Open, manage, balance and close escrow files.
• Prepare escrow instructions and review purchase contracts.
• Communicate clearly with buyers, sellers, agents and lenders.
• Strong attention to detail, math accuracy and multitasking.
