Job summary

Infinity Title Agency in Independence, Ohio is seeking an experienced Escrow Agent/Officer to manage escrow files from opening through post-closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely closings.

You will balance settlement statements, serve as primary contact for buyers, sellers, lenders, and attorneys, and oversee in-person, mobile, and remote online notarization closings, with growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in title insurance and/or processing is required.
• Experience with Qualia is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of closing and settlement process, title requirements, and escrow accounting.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, professional communication and a service-first mindset.
• Notary Public commission (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage escrow files from opening through post-closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare, review, and balance settlement statements (CD/ALTA) and disbursement instructions.
• Serve as the main contact for buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and attorneys with clear communication.
• Conduct and oversee closings, including in-person, mobile, and remote online notarization (RON).
• Collaborate with processors and staff to keep files moving and clients informed.
• Work at Independence, Ohio HQ or satellite locations in East or South.

What you'll do

• Manage escrow files from opening through post-closing, ensuring every transaction is accurate, compliant, and on schedule.
• Prepare, review, and balance settlement statements (CD/ALTA) and disbursement instructions.
• Serve as the point of contact for buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys, communicating clearly and professionally throughout the process.
• Conduct and oversee closings, including in-person, mobile, and remote online notarization (RON) closings.
• Partner with processors and support staff to keep files moving and clients informed.
• You’ll work at our Independence, Ohio HQ, or possibly one of our satellite locations East or South.
