• Proficiency with title, escrow, and closing software systems and standard office applications.
• Prior experience as an Escrow Officer or in title insurance, closing, or real estate transaction coordination preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in real estate, finance, or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open new escrow files and manage end-to-end escrow and closing process for residential real estate transactions.
• Review purchase agreements and coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate professionals.
• Prepare and review settlement statements and closing documents; ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
