Job summary

Stewart Title Guaranty Company seeks an experienced escrow professional to provide escrow services for residential and commercial transactions, including new construction, refinance, relocation and timeshare. You will handle escrow accounts, manage funds, process closing documents, and coordinate with internal and external parties with a focus on accuracy and proactive communication.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of related experience and a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred).

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Typically 5+ years of related escrow experience.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage timelines and risk in closing processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish new escrow accounts and manage funds for closings.
• Process documents for closings and complete settlements per policy.
• Act as a neutral liaison between file parties and mitigate risk.
• Explain complex information to internal and external customers.
• Work under limited supervision and improve efficiency where possible.
