Job summary

CapCenter is hiring a Mortgage Servicing Administrator in Glen Allen, VA to handle escrow, payment processing, and custodial accounting within a regulated environment. You will ensure accurate borrower records, process payments, and support investor reporting.

The role requires 2–4 years in mortgage servicing, knowledge of RESPA/TILA/Reg E, and proficiency with Excel. FICS experience is highly preferred, with a comprehensive benefits package offered by CapCenter.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in mortgage loan servicing operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Working knowledge of RESPA, TILA, Regulation E, and GSE servicing requirements (Fannie Mae and/or Freddie Mac).
• Experience with mortgage servicing platforms (FICS Mortgage Servicer strongly preferred).
• Knowledge of custodial accounting practices and investor reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day loan servicing functions with focus on escrow administration, payment processing, and custodial account management.
• Process annual escrow analyses, tax and insurance disbursements, and escrow shortages/surpluses.
• Process borrower payments and manage suspense accounts and payment reversals.
• Assist with loan boarding and generation of borrower statements and 1098s.
• Support custodial account reconciliation and investor remittance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac Servicing Guides and applicable regulations.
