Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of mortgage servicing experience, escrow or data reporting preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of mortgage servicing documents and escrow processes.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to escrow administration.
• Strong accounting and math skills.
• Ability to create and analyze portfolio data reports for management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Mortgage servicing application knowledge, preferably with Fidelity LPS.
• Knowledge of tax payments escrow disbursements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent attendance to fulfill essential functions.
• Adhere to RoundPoint policies, investor requirements, and regulations.
• Provide professional customer service to payees, investors and borrowers.
• Identify and resolve tax and escrow exceptions.
• Explain payment and escrow changes to borrowers.
• Process disbursements on or before renewal/due/penalty date.
• Research and resolve tax issues.
• Prepare exception reports and resolve exceptions.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of tax payments.
• Identify trends and recommend action plans for improvements.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve exceptions and issues.
• Assist in special projects and year-end reporting.
