D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking an Escrow Assistant for the Financial Services Escrow Branch. The role ensures timely preparation of escrow files and orders information needed to close escrow transactions.

The successful candidate will support the closer and branch manager, handle title commitments, payoff statements, wiring instructions, and related clerical duties to keep transactions moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with 6 months to 1 year related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send opening letters and acknowledgements to all parties.
• Order title commitments and distribute to all parties.
• Prepare receipts for all funds from customers and lenders.
• Order wire transfers and provide wiring instructions.
• Assist branch manager with administrative tasks.
• Open refinance orders.
• Handle customer and real estate agent inquiries regarding file status.

Education
