Job summary

Edina Realty Title in White Bear Lake, MN is seeking an Escrow Closer to join our busy closing center. This in-office role supports buyers and sellers by preparing and reviewing closing documents and ensuring accuracy of balances for sales and mortgage transactions.

You will manage a closing from start to finish, review title evidence, handle HUD statements, coordinate with lenders, and respond to any package issues.

Qualifications

• Two years processing or closing experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under deadline pressure.
• High integrity, organized, and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit closed loan package, deposits and disbursement documents.
• Respond to returned or rejected mortgage or recording packages promptly.
• Prepare transferring and mortgage documentation and HUD statements.
• Conduct the closing and explain related documents and costs.
• Examine title evidence for defects and resolve issues prior to closing.
• Ensure title issues are resolved before closing.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
