Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Closing Escrow Manager to supervise the closing/escrow team and oversee all aspects of settlement activity. You will track progress on open escrows, prepare sales reports and escrow flowcharts, and review individual lot escrow instructions to ensure timely, accurate closings for Lennar homes.

The role requires strong experience in mortgage and title processes, proficiency with JD Edwards and Excel, and the ability to coordinate complex schedules and respond quickly to issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in mortgage and title processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and JD Edwards.
• Strong writing, organization, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and direct workload of closing associate(s).
• Schedule and coordinate NHO and settlement dates with Production & NHCs.
• Prepare and process closing instructions and review seller documents.
• Maintain closing calendar and generate weekly reports in JD Edwards & Excel.
• Oversee accuracy in contracts and closing documentation.
