Responsible for tracking and reporting progress of all open escrows. Prepare sales reports and escrow flow charts for distribution. Prepare and review individual lot escrow instructions.A career with purpose.A career built on making dreams come true.A career built on building zero defect homes, cost management, and adherence to schedules.Your Responsibilities on the TeamHire, train, and direct workload of closing associate(s)Schedule & coordinate NHO and settlement date and times with Production & NHC’sProcess Closing Instructions for submission to Lennar Title/Mortgage companies and outside title companies and lendersManagement of settlement closing questions & issues via email, quick response time requiredLennar Daily - Settlements & ProjectionsMonthly Settlement Backlog ProjectionsUpdate Mortgage Status with Eagle Home Mortgage and contact with outside lendersUpdate JDE & Excel report with mortgage status, NHO & COE dates, and timesUpdate COE dates for current sales in JDEReview and signing of Seller documents for settlementsUpdate and maintain closing calendarCreate reports in JDE & Excel for weekly distribution to multiple partiesSettlement Notification Letters to Buyers & NHC’sMortgage, closing & cancellation default lettersHUD ApprovalTracking of Temporary U&O’s and Lender Escrows for refundsOversee and ensure accuracy in execution of contracts and other closing documentationAssist with assigned projects as neededRequirementsMinimum High School Diploma or GEDMinimum 7 years’ experience in mortgage and title processesComputer literate in Microsoft Office, Excel, JD EdwardsProfessionally perform multiple, detailed-oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlinesGood writing and organization skillsPossess strong work ethic, integrity, and loyaltyTeam player with the ability to work well under pressure and the ability to interact well with co-workersThis description outlines the basic responsibilities and requirements for the position noted.
