Qualifications

• Previous experience closing escrow transactions is preferred.
• Understanding of real estate contracts, the loan process, title insurance, and the escrow process.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other professionals in the real estate industry and assist our closing team.
• Review complex documents such as purchase and sale agreements and lender instructions.
• Comply with all state and federal laws governing escrow transactions and escrow accounts.
• Prepare and deliver closing documents to clients and staff.
• Perform administrative tasks.
