The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of escrow experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage transactions from opening through closing.**LOCATION**This role is onsite based in our Seaside, OR office.**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*** Manage escrow transactions from opening through closing.* Prepare and review escrow instructions, closing documents, and settlement statements.* Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents.* Ensure all documents and funds are accurate, compliant, and processed timely.* Identify and resolve issues that may impact closing timelines.* Maintain precise records and adhere to regulatory and company requirements.* Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication throughout the transaction.**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS*** High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.* 3–5 years of escrow experience required.* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.* Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines.* Strong communication and customer service skills.* Experience working with residential and/or commercial transactions.* Working knowledge of escrow procedures, title processes, and closing requirements.* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.* Proficiency with escrow software and Microsoft Office.**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**FNF, its affiliates, and subsidiaries carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, specialty, experience, and work location.
