Job summary

First American’s Baxter, MN office is seeking an Escrow Assistant to join our growing team. You will support the escrow process by opening orders, reading title commitments, and taking necessary steps to clear title, while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will communicate with customers throughout the escrow flow, interpret related agreements, and work with various technologies to enable smooth escrow closings and fulfill our commitment to helping clients achieve home ownership.

Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow.
• Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings.
• Work with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions and support customers.
