Qualifications

• One year of related experience and/or training is preferred.
• Ability to perform all tasks of the Escrow Receptionist.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send opening letters and acknowledgments.
• Order title commitments and distribute to all parties.
• Prepare receipts for funds received from customers.
• Coordinate times for closings.
• Assist with post closing responsibilities.
