Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send opening letters and acknowledgments to all parties.
• Order title commitments and distribute to all parties.
• Prepare and ship closing packages ensuring completeness.
• Assist Escrow Officer with policy disbursement as directed.
• Maintain control of the mailing stamps machine.
