Bring your administrative, customer service, and organizational skills to a team that is helping shape the future of residential real‑estate transactions. First American is seeking an energetic and detail‑oriented Escrow Assistant to join our collaborative, in‑office team in Solvang, California. In this role, you will support an experienced and fun escrow team in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, helping keep transactions moving, providing outstanding service to customers, and playing an important role in helping buyers and sellers successfully reach the closing table.

What You’ll Do

• Support the escrow process by opening orders, entering closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, and assisting with disbursement and post‑closing follow‑up
• Communicate regularly with customers and internal partners throughout the escrow process
• Review and interpret agreements and instructions related to escrow closings
• Use a variety of technologies and systems to support accurate and efficient transactions
• Help deliver a seamless, professional, and positive experience for every customer
• Partner closely with the escrow team to manage priorities and keep transactions moving forward

Pay Rate: $20.30 - $30.00 Hourly
