Job summary

You will provide essential administrative and customer support to the Escrow group, assisting with opening orders, closing documents, and disbursement follow-up to ensure smooth closings for clients.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years escrow experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and MS Office proficiency. A high school diploma is required.

In this role, you’ll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, providing critical administrative and customer support to our Escrow team. What You’ll Do:

• Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, handling the complete disbursement and follow-up

Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00 HourlyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
