Job summary

ForFutures Financial, Planning, a financial advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services LLC in Austin, TX, is seeking an Escrow Assistant to support the closing process. You will open orders, input closing data, prepare closing documents, and manage disbursements while following up with clients.

You will regularly communicate with customers, interpret closing agreements, and use diverse technologies to facilitate escrow transactions, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

• Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, handling the complete disbursement and follow‑up
• Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow
• Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings
• Work with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions, assisting customers to ensure a phenomenal customer experience

Pay Range: $22.00 – $25.00 Hourly. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
