Job summary

First American is seeking an Escrow Acquisition and Service Release Supervisor to oversee processing activities for escrow account management, including payment processing, vendor oversight, and insurance claims. The role contributes to scalable escrow capabilities and department effectiveness, reporting to the VP, Escrow.

Key responsibilities include onboarding new loans, validating data, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely, compliant execution of servicing transfers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a mortgage environment, preferably Escrow Administration or Servicing Transfers.
• Established leadership skills with ability to drive change.
• Results oriented with ability to analyze opportunities/risks and plan actions.
• Understanding business implications of decisions.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and acquire new loans: validate prior servicer checklists and monitor responses.
• Coordinate with internal teams to identify illogical data and ensure corrections.
• Communicate with clients and prior servicers to track and correct data.
• Manage new client implementations with vendors and test new programming.
• Oversee outgoing servicing transfers: review data and ensure milestones for successful transfer.
• Handle customer research requests and ensure regulatory compliance.
