Lenmar Consulting Inc seeks a detail-oriented professional to support Escheatment Operations, handling client inquiries and coordinating with internal teams. The role emphasizes timely response, strong communication, and adherence to SLAs.

The successful candidate will collaborate with clients and stakeholders, manage data and processes in Excel, and contribute to ongoing projects as needed, ensuring accurate and compliant asset reconciliation.

Formación

• Experience identifying and addressing client needs in discussions/meetings.
• Balance workloads while meeting client expectations; provide timely, candid feedback.
• Ability to present information clearly to managers, and clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills; build excellent working relationships with internal areas and clients.
• Project management capabilities.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel and data management.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to and coordinate with clients on returned mail inquiries.
• Respond to inquiries and maintain SLAs.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders as needed.
• Assist in reconciling unclaimed assets as needed.
• Contribute to Escheatment projects as needed.
• Identify and report process anomalies to management promptly.
