Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a candidate for a contract-to-hire role in West Des Moines, IA, to support its complaints department. You will take ownership of escalated bank complaints that arrive from an intake team, guiding them through discovery and information gathering to resolution.

The role focuses on credit card, checking account, and business complaint areas and offers a hybrid work arrangement with benefits eligibility. Must be able to navigate a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Team members will be working in complaints department regarding escalated complaints for anything within the bank. A complaint will come in to this area and it will initially be handled by a seperate intake team who will then do the intial discovery and information collection for the complaint to go into a work queue. These team members will then take control of complaints in progress and will see it through until it has reached the qualifications for completion.

This specific area is handling complaints related to credit card, checking account and business complaints.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
